Leadership Training Canada is a dedicated division of Allen Leigh Consulting that focuses on delivering a fresh approach to leadership development, known as the CORE Leadership Approach. In 2015, Rob Luke observed a significant shift in leadership dynamics, realizing that traditional frameworks for leadership development were no longer effective in meeting the demands of a fast-paced workplace and rapidly changing cultures.
Thoroughly tested in the field, the CLOS is poised to transform businesses and establish a new framework for developing leaders. These leaders will be able to remain resolute in the face of adversity, possess the grit to rise and lead once again, motivate others through their emotional intelligence, and maintain hope for the future.
Our Story
Over the past 10 years, Rob has been developing a new framework for leaders, testing it in real-world scenarios as he coaches CEOs and builds new cultures within organizations. Today, Rob has delivered over 3,000 leadership assessments, worked with more than 500 senior leaders, and managed over 30 organizational change, development, and leadership projects across various industries, including hospitality, retail, technology, healthcare, law, accounting, construction, manufacturing, and non-profits.
